NASQ is a Dubai-based flower shop offering fresh flower arrangements, gifts, and related products for delivery across the UAE.


By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be completed in full at the time of ordering through our secure online payment system.We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect pricing.

3. Delivery Policy

We deliver across Dubai and select UAE locations.Delivery times depend on the destination and the availability of products.

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the cut-off time shown on our website.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. NASQ is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the order with a receptionist, security guard, or neighbor, or attempt redelivery where possible.

4. Product Availability and Substitution

Flowers and gifts are seasonal products, and availability may vary.

If a particular flower or item is unavailable, we may substitute it with one of equal or greater value and similar style, ensuring the quality and aesthetic of the arrangement are maintained.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Once the order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.

Refunds (when approved) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.For issues related to damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

6. Returns and Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional codes and offers cannot be combined or applied to previous purchases.NASQ reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.
